PRESENT/ONGOING PROGRAMS
PCD HGSF RESEARCH PROGRAM (Mar-Jun 2011)
This is a program that we are truly proud of, the Partnership for Child Development (PCD) in collaboration with GIMPA and the Berkeley Haas School of Business has collaborated to research and develop a sustainable model for the Ghana School Feeding Program which will link school feeding to local agricultural production this is a concept that has taken root successfully in other developing parts of the world. The team is tasked with developing a uniquely Ghanaian model for the Ghana School Feeding program. The research team is made up of eight (8) MBA students from the Berkeley Haas School of Business and eight (4) MBA students from GIMPA.
FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
ACU TITULAR FELLOWSHIPS (2011)
The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) of which GIMPA is a proud member of is inviting applications for the 2011 Titular Fellowships. These fellowships will provide an opportunity for faculty of member universities to spend time in other member universities. Eight (8) awards will be given in the following subject areas relevant to GIMPA;
- DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES
- SOCIAL SCIENCES
- INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
- MANAGEMENT FOR CHANGE
- PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- SOCIAL AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
- UNIVERSITY DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT.

FULBRIGHT AFRICAN SENIOR SCHOLAR PROGRAM (2011)
- The Fulbright African Senior Scholar Program (FASRSP) for the 2012-2013 program year. Awards will be offered to faculty of African universities to either conduct postdoctoral research or undertake a planned program of reading and research during the 2012-2013 academic year at a U.S. academic or research institution.
