 The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), a body corporate with academic, financial and administrative autonomy, was established in 1961. Currently GIMPA does not only serve as a world class Centre of Excellence for training in Leadership, Business Management and Public Administration, but is the leading management development institution in Ghana and, also the leading institution in Africa for leadership training. GIMPA also provides a forum for discussion and resolution of important contemporary national and international issues.
