The GIMPA Gender Development and Resource Centre [GDRC] of the GIMPA Public Services School is proud to offer the following programmes in 2010.

1. Women in Management [WIM Senior Level]
2. Women in Management [WIM Managers/ Supervisors]
3. West African Women in Management [WAWIM]
4. Certificate in Gender and Development

These programmes are designed to introduce women to the theoretical and practical knowledge of Management, Leadership, and Managing from a Gender perspective.

The GIMPA Gender Centre programmes are expected to provide the necessary space for women at all levels to learn, share experiences and network. It is also an opportunity to look at the issues of balancing professional and private life and the factors that militate against women’s climb to the top.

Accommodation:
