Advanced Project Management Course Background:
As your career develops in project management you will undoubtedly be taking on more sophisticated and intricate projects. Aim:
The aim of this program is to present in detail a number of vital elements of Project Management. These elements will provide the project team with enough information and empowerment to successfully support the majority of projects in the modern environment. Modules for Project Management Advanced:
• Introduction
• Understand the Project Management Processes
• Be able to select a project from a number of proposed ones using a structured approach.
• Understand how and when you should decompose a project into sub-projects
• Identify the Project Stakeholders
• Create a complete Project Charter
• Create a Project Scope Statement
• Create a working Communication
• Risk Planning
• Identify, Analyse, Manage and Respond to various Risks of the Project
• Risk Management Exercise
• Get to know the basic principles of Project Team management
• Learn about PMI & PMI Certification (If desired can work towards this)
