GIMPA'S Graduate School Of Governance, Leadership and Public Management is pleased to announce the admission of candidates to Evening Master's Programmes for the 2009/2010 Academic year.

THE COURSES TO BE OFFERED ARE:

1. EXECUTIVE MASTER OF GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP (EMGL)

2. EXECUTIVE MASTER OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (EMPA)

3. MASTER OF GOVERNANCE AND LEADERHIP (MGL)

4. MASTER OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (MPA)

5. MASTER OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT (MDM)

6. MASTER OF PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT (MPSM)

The Evening Master’s Programme is based on a semester system and will be completed in two (2) years. Lectures will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, that is three (3) days in a week for EMGL, EMPA, MGL, MPA and MDM programmes. MPSM will have lectures four (4) days in a week i.e. Monday to Thursday. Lectures begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at 8:30 p.m. each day. The programme is carefully structured to suit the busy schedules of our participants. It comprises courses which are covered in four (4) semesters of sixteen (16) weeks each. The programmes begin in November 2009.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The minimum requirements for admission are:

A. EMGL/EMPA

· A Bachelor’s Degree from any approved/recognised University.

· At least three years relevant work experience.

B. MGL/MPA/MDM/MPSM

· A Bachelor’s Degree from any approved/recognised University with a minimum of a 2^nd Class Lower division.

All applicants shall submit a written statement indicating what they desire to achieve.

TUITION:

Tuition is US $7,600 for each programme

Application Form, three referee forms and a brochure for the Programme may be obtained from the Cashier’s Office at GIMPA or downloaded from the GIMPA Website – www.gimpa.edu.gh. The cost of application form is GH¢ 65.00. Receipt of payment of the application form will be inspected during submission at the School of Leadership and Public Management Secretariat. Deadline for the purchasing and submission of completed application forms is Friday 16^th October, 2009.
