The April – July 2021 class of Diploma in Public Administration last week donated a notice board to the School of Public Service and Governance.
The spokesperson for the class, Mr Andrew Nii Bonney, in his presentation indicated that the gesture was to enhance the dissemination of information at the School.
‘We present this notice board to the School as our contribution to its growth, we want to leave our memory here,’ he added.
Mr Bonney lauded the School for its commitment to teaching and learning and also encouraged the other year groups to emulate.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the Dean of the School Dr Napolean Kurantin Head of Department, Development Policy thanked the class for their thoughtfulness and assured them that, they will be remembered in the Institute’s history for the gesture.
He used the opportunity to call on the alumni of the Institute to follow their example.
The Senior Assistant Registrar of the School, Mr Samuel Kwabena Amoah assured the class of the School’s readiness to put the notice board to good use and also to keep it in good condition for posterity.
He further urged the class and all alumni to publicise the Public Administration programme to enhance enrolment at the School.
